1. What is Power Women Global, and what do we do?

Answer : Power Women Global is a women-centred empowerment organization whose mission is to support, uplift and connect women from all walks of life—professionals, entrepreneurs, students and change-makers—by offering leadership development, networking, training, and community opportunities. Our goal is to advance gender equality, unlock potential, and create a global sisterhood of empowered women.

Answer: Anyone who identifies as a woman, or supports women’s advancement, can benefit. Whether you’re just starting your career, building your own business, seeking mentorship, or wanting to engage in leadership roles—Power Women Global provides resources, peer-networks, and opportunities for growth at every stage.

Answer: We offer a variety of programmes including workshops and training on leadership and personal growth, mentorship and peer-coaching circles, networking events (both online and in-person), sponsorship and partnership opportunities, digital resources (e-learning, tool-kits), and awareness campaigns on issues impacting women globally. 

Answer: While our base may be anchored in one region, Power Women Global leverages virtual platforms, global ambassadors, partner organisations and regional chapters to connect women across countries. This allows us to reach a diverse, international audience, share cross-cultural insights, and support women wherever they are.

Answer: Joining is simple: visit our website, choose the “Become a Member/Join Us” link, fill in the registration form, and select the membership tier that suits you (free/paid/custom). You can also engage by attending our events, volunteering, applying to be a mentor/mentee, or partnering as an organisation/supporter. There are multiple entry-points depending on how you want to participate. 

Answer: Members gain access to exclusive events, peer networks, opportunities for mentorship, digital resources, and community visibility. Partners (organisations, sponsors, service collaborators) gain brand alignment with women’s empowerment, access to our network, co-branding opportunities, and contribute to measurable impact in women’s leadership and development.  

Answer: Our work is funded through a mix of membership fees (where applicable), sponsorships, grants, donations, and partnerships. We are committed to transparency—our financials (or summary reports), annual impact reports, and governance structures are published (or will be published) so that our community and supporters can see how resources are allocated and what outcomes are achieved. 

Answer: We track key metrics such as number of women reached/engaged in our programmes, number of trainings delivered, mentorship matches completed, networks formed, and the resulting qualitative outcomes (stories of change, leadership placements, business launches). We also gather testimonials, case studies, and feedback to continuously improve and assess our long-term influence. 

Answer: Yes—organisations and companies are welcome to collaborate as service-partners, sponsorship partners, in-kind supporters, or co-host partners. We provide different partnership models (from platinum to custom in-kind) which allow entities to engage with our mission, support women’s leadership, gain visibility among our network, and have meaningful social impact. Answer: Inclusivity and diversity are core values of Power Women Global. We ensure our programme design and outreach include women from diverse backgrounds (geographical, cultural, socio-economic, ability). Before accepting partners, we check for alignment with our mission and values. We also have codes of conduct, membership guidelines, feedback mechanisms, and continuously review our processes to ensure ethical, respectful, and impactful engagements.
